Who is Pachi?

Pachi is a magical polar bear that likes to collect all sorts of trading cards. He takes extremely good care of his collection, and ensures that cards are sent safely to collectors all around the world. As he is a lazy bear by nature, he delegates most of the physical work to his assigned human, Philip.
